  3. This place was built by an old arms dealer. He was supposedly "anti-war" yet he constructed this arsenal to store his excess army surpluses in one of the structures then built a smaller castle to reside in.

    Some of the materials being stored exploded and destroyed parts of the castle. It became vacant and the elements and humans degraded it to what you see in the pictures.

    Its not hard to get to.

  22. I'm writing my masters thesis on this place. May I use a couple of your interior pics to show the condition of the interior spaces? It's an awesome place isn't it? I grew up across the river from it - it's collapsing this winter and I doubt it can be saved.
